Liberty Tea Rooms and Community Hub (LTR&CH) is a Christian charity working in partnership with several local churches to share the love of Jesus in a whole host of ways.

As well as operating award winning Tea Rooms, LTR&CH provide a hub that helps serve people in the local community. This includes being the centre for CAP (Christians Against Poverty) in Dacorum, being a Foodbank distribution point, and a base for Dacorum Street Pastors.

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) provides free debt help and various local courses across the UK. The free services, run in partnership with local churches, provide practical and emotional support and show people that there is always hope.

HHCC actively supports the work of CAP in our community as a local Partner Church and many of our Church Family are actively involved in this work as volunteers.

Dairy Farm Project

We are partnering with NHCF Vellore, to help establish a sustainable Dairy Farm in a small rural village in India. The project aims to empower uneducated women from the village through holistic education and training. This will cover a wide range of skills needed to start-up and operate a sustainable business model including literacy, numeracy, financial management, health and welfare etc. After the project is established, the sale of the milk will provide ongoing employment for 5 women who will continue to maintain all aspects of the Dairy Farm.

Work on the farm has now started with the ground preparation and grass seed planting now complete. You can find out more about the project and see the latest update by heading over to the Just Giving page, just click the link here.
