Our Leadership Team and Trustees are committed to creating a safe, caring,
and supportive environment for children, young people and adults.
We have Safeguarding Policies and procedures in place which are kept under regular review and we are members of a leading safeguarding organisation thirtyone:eight, (www.thirtyoneeight.org) which provides us with expert support and advice.
As members of Harvest Alliance we are compliant with the network requirement to have safeguarding policies and procedures in place. Members
of the Harvest Alliance Core Team also provide valuable support where this is required.

What to do if you have a Concern:
If you have any concern about the safety or well-being of a child, young person, or adult, in the context of any HHCC activities, please act promptly:
1. Report your concern as soon as possible to our Safeguarding Lead (Caroline Young)
2. If the Safeguarding Lead is unavailable, or your concern involves them, contact our Deputy Safeguarding Lead (Annette Hobbs)
3. If neither is available, or you feel the matter is urgent, please contact Social Services: 0300 123 4043 or the Police: 999 in an emergency
